1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including Visa, M-pesa and Mastercard.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message with the rider’s contact. If sending a parcel, will send a receipt upon dispatch.
3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 1-day return policy for most items within Nairobi. 2 days return policy outside Nairobi.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized products or perishable goods, are not eligible for return.

4. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, log in to your account and go to the Order History section. Select the item you wish to return and follow the instructions. You will receive a return label via WhatsApp. Please package the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
5. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within one hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as the order may have already been processed.
7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries within East Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
